I became a massage therapist after over 20 years in Healthcare Management because massage therapy is the perfect blend of complete body wellness and helping people. Which, I am passionate about. I believe that everyone needs balance in their life. Since 2017, when I became licensed, I have focused on the medical side of massage. Using a therapeutic approach I enjoy incorporating relaxation techniques, deep tissue, stretching, Myofascial Release and Steam Therapy to help my clients treat their concerns. I love being a part of my client's healing and relaxation, it brings me joy to see and feel healing take place! I look forward to helping you on your healing journey!
